Based on the customer feedback received the team can come out with different set of actions to address the feedback. Depending the following parameter the solutions might be categorized into long term, Medium term and short term.

  • Customer Impact
  • Necessity
  • Probability of Occurrence (Repeatability)
  • Damage caused
  • Frequency of occurrence
